Equipment working structure principle:

The ZL type fully automatic new mud filter mainly includes a rotor, a distribution head, a mixer, a scraper, a slurry tank, and a filter plate. Under the action of vacuum, a thick layer of particle accumulation filter is formed on the surface of the filter plate, and the filtrate is filtered through the filter plate to the distribution head and reaches the vacuum discharge tank. In the drying area, after the filter cake is dried, it is scraped off during the discharge area and transported to the desired location through a belt. After unloading, the filter plate finally enters the backwash area, and the filtered backwash liquid enters the filter plate through the distribution head, washing the particles that are blocked on the micropores of the filter plate, thus completing a filtration operation cycle. When the filter operates for a long time, a combination of ultrasound and chemical media can be used for cleaning to maintain the efficient operation of the filter.
