Equipment working structure principle:

The ZL type fully automatic new mud filter mainly includes a rotor, a distribution head, a mixer, a scraper, a slurry tank, and a filter plate. Under the action of vacuum, a thick layer of particle accumulation filter is formed on the surface of the filter plate, and the filtrate is filtered through the filter plate to the distribution head and reaches the vacuum discharge tank. In the drying area, after the filter cake is dried, it is scraped off during the discharge area and transported to the desired location through a belt.
